Croquetteland - a KooL ecommerce site I helped putting together
Croquetteland has now become one of the top retail sites in the space of pet food in France. It introduced interesting features such as subscription to increase the life time value of customers. Its Google ranking helps reducing the CPA. Google still remains the highest channel of leads generation. With a high percentage of retention and a basket value that has increased by 20% plus compared to what it was before the site was relaunched, croquetteland is now seeking to further develop CRM campaigns and expend beyond the so called "traditional" customer inventories. We will soon look into exploiting Social Media Marketing to generate new leads. Tools like ipadio (@ipadio on twitter) can generate up to 35% traffic to the site.
